Update November 18th, 2024 -- 

CANADA POST STRIKE UPDATE - 

Our local postal service, Canada Post, went on strike on November 15th and as a result all deliveries and pick-ups are at a standstill until further notice. They have assured customers that as soon as negotiations are complete and service is restored they will do their due diligence to get packages moving again and delivered in a timely manner. Please note for any orders that were shipped with Canada Post and are currently caught in limbo, there will be delays as they get systems back to normal. Be sure to continue checking your tracking number!

We have now implemented a flat rate shipping on all of our orders. Rates depend on your shipping address. As of today, we will be using FedEx Economy service until Canada Post has returned to business as usual. FedEx Economy typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on your shipping address. If you have any questions about shipping times, please email us at studio@foeanddear.com. 

We will continue to closely monitor labour negotiation updates with Canada Post! You can read more about these delays on their official website.

HOLIDAY STUDIO CLOSURE - 

The holidays are fast approaching! Our studio will be closed from December 18th to January 1st. Whether you are planning on making a ring for a special holiday proposal, gift shopping, or searching for the perfect accent piece for your holiday events, be sure to read up on our timelines.

For guaranteed delivery before the holidays, please read the following dates below. We have taken into account possible shipment delays due to the holiday stress, but please note that we are not responsible for delays or mishaps as a result of the postal carrier. Any orders or projects started after these last dates cannot be guaranteed to have a delivery time before December 25th and our studio closure.

2024 Holiday Timelines 

October 3rd - Custom (full custom/bespoke) **last date for confirmed new clients

November 7th - Create Your Own Ring (no customizations), Made-to-Order White Lab Diamond Rings, Wedding Bands 

November 25th -  Sizing and/or Repairs, including the Ready to Ship engagement rings for sizing **last day to be received in the studio

November 25th -  Made-to-Order Fine Jewelry

December 9th - Ready To Ship Fine Jewelry, F&D Treasures, Archive Sale

December 12th - Ready to Ship Engagement Rings (no resizing)
